If you haven’t had a therapeutic massage in
the last three to four weeks, please make arrangements to receive one
within the next 10-14 days. The massage will help you identify any
“tight” spots in your muscles which could become a future sight of an
pulled muscle. The more consistent your training becomes, the more
repetition your muscles and ligaments endure on a weekly basis, a
massage will help relax and lengthen your muscles. The more flexible
you become, the better your range of motion and the more efficient you
will become during your high quality workouts.
