Alright fellows, here are the RULES.
To start off we will be measuring the following:
Bust
Waist
Abdomen
Hips
Weight
Body Fat Percentage
Every two weeks we will do all of the above measurements minus the body fat percentage.

Tracking food & exercise for the day (however you want) = 1 Point (6 Points Total)
Posting your exercise/food goals for the week (Mon-Sat) = 1 Point (1 Point Total)
Completing your exercise goal for the day = 1 Point (6 Points Total)
Completing your food goal for the day = 1 Point (6 Points Total)
Completing your exercise/food goals for the week (Mon-Sat) = 1 Point (1 Point Total)
We can earn up to 20 points each week based only on the above.
However, we can also earn a few BONUS points:
Completing the weekly challenge = 3 Points
Freebee Points (you get these no matter what) = 3 Points
Exercising 6 days a week = 4 Points
Exercising 5 days a week = 3 Points
Exercising 4 days a week = 2 Points
With the BONUS points, we can earn up to 30 points each week.

After six weeks we have a chance to win a PRIZE. There will be a prize ($20) awarded for whoever has the most points. There will also be a prize ($50 prize of your choice which must be stated at beginning of challenge) for whoever improves the most (based on all measurements minus the body fat percentage). All of our points will be erased and we will start from zero once again.
After three months we will have another chance to win a prize. There will be a prize ($20) awarded for whoever has the most points. There will also be a prize ($75 prize of your choice which must be stated at beginning of challenge) for whoever improves the most (based on all measurements minus the body fat percentage). All of our points will be erased and we will start from zero once again.
Finally, after five months(-ish) we will have yet another chance to win a prize. There will be a prize ($20) awarded for whoever has the most points. There will also be a prize ($100 prize of your choice which must be stated at beginning of challenge) for whoever improves the most (based on all measurements including the body fat percentage).
If anyone has any concerns or issues, PLEASE let everyone know! This is supposed to be fun and motivating for us to be the healthiest we can be. Although it is a competition, it is also a way for us to motivate and support one another.
Please post the dates of the "Six Week", "Three Month", and Five month(-ish) so I have some deadlines. :)
