We three lovely ladies (mother and two daughters) decided to create a little challenge for ourselves. Our goal was simple, to be healthier. But that's a bit boring. So we twisted our little challenge into a competition. With the addition of measurements, points, weekly challenges, and spectacular prizes our competition should get pretty exciting.
