Homemade Granola

I got my weekly challenges all mixed up....I posted this last week but I'll post it again.
One of my favorite things to make is granola. I eat it plain or I put it in yogurt. Either way it's really yummy. 

Here's the recipe: 

GRANOLA:
1/4 cup puffed wheat
1/4 cup puffed rice
1/4 cup cooking oats
2 TBS lite maple syrup
(I also had a little bit of honey)

Bake at 275 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Turning granola halfway through.

Serving size: 1; Calories: 150; Carbs: 34; Fat: 2; Protein: 4
