Yeah I have not been exercising and I feel really guilty. It's a lot harder for me to wake up early and exercise than I thought it would be. And so I haven't even been following anything for like the past three weeks and I'm super nervous because I think I'm completely backtracking. I've had too much change with classes and new roommates and weird schedules and my body isn't coping so well. Hopefully I'll start to do better next week... :(
I felt really guilty for not being able to do anything this whole week. It pretty much sucked but it was good to rest. :/
ReplyDeleteAt least you have a good attitude and 'want' to exercise. The body needs rest, too. I wouldn't feel guilty about it. Keep up the good work!
