Woohoo!

Okay, so last week was no good. I hardly did anything that I was supposed to (health wise). But this week I feel much better! And also, I told Rach that I would post what I ate so I'm going to do that every once in a while, starting today.

For breakfast I ate All-Brand with a banana and milk.

For a snack I ate an orange.

Lunch was a sandwich with meat, cheese, lettuce, mayo, and mustard.

Then I had another snack of fresh peaches and carrots.

Finally for dinner I ate a chicken cordon bleu type thing except it had broccoli and cheese inside rather than ham and cheese.

And for dessert I'll probably eat a yogurt, more fruit, or a snickers mini bar or two. :)

  1. All-Bran really isn't that bad. I forgot how I used to eat that once in a while. Of course, you do need to add a banana with it to really make it taste good. Oh, and a little bit of sugar. :)

    And, gotta love those mini candy bars!! I like those better than M&Ms. Well, I like both.
