Alright, we have a couple of updates you need to take note of.
Rather than earning 3 points for having the highest number of minutes exercised, you have to earn those 3 points by burning the highest number of calories.
We've also added a new way to earn bonus points. If you exercise 6 days a week, you earn 4 points. If you exercise 5 days a week, you earn 3 points. If you exercise 4 days a week, you earn 2 points.
The RULES page has been rewritten to reflect the above changes.
The link for calculating how many calories you have burned has also been added with the pages located under the blog title, CALCULATE CALORIES BURNED.
