YOU NEVER REGRET A WORKOUT

I decided that this blog would be my own personal workout blog as well as a tracker to keep up with my daughters.

So the last two weeks I did pretty good. Then, my old habits came back. I didn't go swimming on Saturday....and I ate junk all weekend and felt crappy..then I skipped BASICS on Monday...and I then kept trying to talk myself out of going to BASICS this morning. That started last night and when I woke up this morning at 4:55 a.m. I still tried to talk myself out of going, BUT I remembered that my trainer, Ben, texted me on Monday, something about missing me at the workout and hope to see you Wednesday type of thing (this added a bit of guilt on my part and at the same time made me feel good as he was trying to keep me motivated to exercise). SO this morning I thought about my trainer, I also thought about how, when I go to BASICS, I never know what I am going to have to do. They change it around each time I go. I REALLY LIKE THAT!! So, I went...First thing when I got there, I asked Ben how you get motivated to exercise when you don't want to? He responded and said "You're doing it!"...SO, Did I regret going? NO!! I am so glad I went.

You never regret a workout, but you do regret not doing one.
