Stretching. It really helps.

Okay, yesterday some muscle in my groin/leg area was bothering me so I iced it last night and this morning. I was supposed to swim at 6:45,  but that muscle was still bugging me. So, I didn't go swimming. I did stretches all morning and decided to go swimming at 11:30, instead. So I think that doing my stretches helped. I did stretches after swimming so hopefully that will help, too. I am glad I went swimming. I feel better and have a good attitude and am motivated to other things.
