Quick Update

I decided to change the blog slightly. From now on, this center part of the blog will be for posts related to the weekly challenges, bonus points, encouragement, if we need to ask questions, etc. To the left you'll see the links to add your updated measurements and points for the week. To the right we will add our weekly goals in the same method we add our measurements and points--with a comment. This way things will be a bit more organized. If you have any questions or are confused let me know!

Also I think by Saturday or early Sunday I'll add a post about the weekly bonus points for number of minutes exercised. Let everyone know asap what your number is, so that we can all get our points inputted by Sunday evening.

Hmmmm. I think I've covered everything!
