  1. WEEK 1:

    Exercise:
    Tuesday...walk 10 row 10, walk/run 5, row 5
    Wednesday...HOLIDAY (exercise is optional)
    Thursday...swim 1 hour
    Saturday...walk 10 row 10, walk/run 5, row 5, swim 1 hour

    Food:
    I will make up my new food chart that I used to keep track of what I eat and mark down everything this week, but I am not going to worry about what I eat this week.

    Starting Point:
    I am also getting my %body fat done (Thursday) and complete fitness profile (also Thursday) done at Weber State University (WSU). I am also starting BASICS (BASICS Sports Training) at WSU next week.

    Goal:
    My goal in all of this is to decrease my % body fat, lose inches around my stomach, feel stronger and more fit, and just feel good!! For swimming, I would like to be motivated enough to do a masters class in Bountiful once a week (at least)...It's just a long way to go for a class, but they have so much going on there (swim meets, group things, etc...) and, if I keep up with my swimming, I would like to do another swim meet.

    Thoughts:
    I really like to exercise but do not want to haha...It is a lot of work!!! I am never consistent with exercise (a bad thing), but once I get started I usually love it. I think the competition will do me good. I like to win, but really, in the end, I just like to feel good. When I exercise, even if I don't lose weight or inches or body fat, I *think* I look better! haha I always feel great when I am done!! Thanks Lisa for dragging me into this:) I think this is fun for all three of us to do this together:) Love you both!
