  1. Week 1:

    My goal is to walk Noah for 30 minutes or more three times this week and on the other days do 30 minutes or more of walking/hiking or a workout video. I will track my food on Myfitnesspal.com.

    Continue to track my food and exercise in Myfitnesspal.com. I will do at least 30 minutes or more of exercise every day (walking, video, elliptical, hiking). I will only allow myself to miss ONE day.

    I will continue to track my food and exercise on Myfitnesspal.com. I am going to do 20 minutes or more of exercise EVERY day. I am usually really close to my food goal, if I go over it's less than 100 calories. I will allow myself to be within 100 calories over or under in order to get the point for completing my goal. :)

    I will track my food on myfitnesspal.com and I will do week 2 on my Brazilian Butt Lift program. :)

    Same as last week, I will track my food on myfitnesspal.com and I will do WEEK 3 on my Brazilian Butt Lift program. :)

    I will do WEEK 4 of the BBL. I will allow myself to miss Saturday. I will track my food on myfitnesspal.com. I need to meet up with the lady you guys went to to get your diet prescription. :/ I don't know when I will but I need to do it. Maybe next week. We will just have to see.

Oh, and one more thing....I know I will NEVER get close to the calories you guys (STACY!!) burn each week in order to get the full points for total calories burned so instead of competing with you guys for that I am just going to compete with myself each week and try and do better than the week before. I mentioned it to Ken and he gave me the idea....so there! :)This way I don't feel AS bad for not burning 3000+ calories/week.

  15. WEEK 12:

    Well, last week was a little improvement from the week before but I still struggled with being able to catch my breath. Hopefully this next week will be better! I will do some form of exercise...whether it be walking, videos, lifting weights, etc. I'll follow the food diet. :)

    Same as last week. I only did 3 days this past week so I'm going to push harder this week!! Hopefully. :)I'll follow the food diet.

    Didn't do as well as I was hoping. This week is going to be 10x better. Can't wait to use my gym punch pass. My goal is to make it to the gym 3 times this week and to do something at home at least 2 times this week. I'll follow the food diet.

  21. I find myself gaining instead of losing because I haven't been as focused. All my inches are coming back. I need to be focused more!! I don't feel as good about myself as I did a few weeks ago. I'm going to push harder so I can make sure I fit into my jeans better. Ha ha. :)

  23. Well. Last week was a bust. :( I'm afraid this week is going to be bad again. I don't feel good but I'm going to try and push forward. I will workout at least 4 days.

  24. I honestly don't know what week we are on but this week I am going to do something 4 days this week. If I do more, I will be extremely happy. I told Jake last night that I need to start getting back into it. I will do the gym or my videos. I need to start eating better too. Now that we are home I can get back to a normal routine.

  25. I have yet to go to the gym. :( I need to go before they expire. My personal goal is to go this week! I find that if someone else is depending on me then I end up working out....so I'm going to con myself into thinking that someone is waiting at the gym for me and I can't stand them up. Maybe that will help. I'm struggling and I really am not happy about it. I think about doing stuff all the time but I just don't do it. I will try and go 2 times to the gym and doing something at home on the other days...at least 2 of the days. We will see! I will follow the food diet.
