  5. I am positive I sticking to my diet prescription today and I am pretty sure I got all the points for calories burned (thanks to Lisa going to BYU so she had no time to exercise as she usually does)...so I am putting all my points down now.

    Going out to dinner. No CHOs till then:( Guess it's fruit, veggies, and a bit of protein all day!
